How long does delivery take?
Orders within Spain typically arrive within 2-4 business days. European deliveries take 5-8 business days. We ship all orders in temperature-stable packaging to preserve freshness.
Can I request samples before ordering a full collection?
We do not currently offer individual samples for shipping, as the logistics outweigh the benefit for such small quantities. However, if you visit our Madrid showroom, we are happy to offer tastings of any tea in our current selection.
What if I am unsure which collection suits me?
Send us an email describing your preferences—times of day you typically drink tea, flavor profiles you enjoy, whether you prefer caffeinated or herbal options. Our team will respond with personalized recommendations.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We work with a small number of cafés and restaurants who share our commitment to quality. If you operate a food service business and would like to discuss partnership possibilities, please reach out with details about your establishment.
How should I store my tea?
Keep your tea in an airtight container away from light, heat, moisture, and strong odors. The original packaging is designed for storage if resealed properly. Most teas maintain peak quality for 6-12 months when stored correctly.
For those who prefer to taste before purchasing, we offer guided tasting sessions at our Madrid location. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes and include sampling of 4-5 teas along with guidance on preparation techniques.
Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday. We ask that you book at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare the appropriate selections.
To request an appointment, email us with your preferred date and time, and indicate whether you have any particular interests—green teas, aged pu-erh, caffeine-free options, or a general introduction.
