Curated Excellence

Collections Crafted for Every Moment

Each collection represents months of sourcing, tasting, and refinement. We group teas not by type, but by the experience they create.

Selecting tea should not feel overwhelming. We have organized our offerings into collections designed around specific moments and moods. Whether you seek morning energy, afternoon focus, or evening calm, there is a collection built precisely for that purpose.

Each tea within a collection has been chosen to complement the others. They share certain qualities while offering distinct flavor profiles, allowing you to explore within a theme without risking a poor match.

Preparation Guidance

Exceptional tea deserves proper preparation. While detailed instructions accompany each collection, here are the fundamentals that apply across categories.

Water quality matters more than most people realize. Filtered water is ideal—pure enough to showcase the tea without chlorine interference, but not so mineral-stripped that the brew tastes flat.

Temperature control is essential. Green and white teas suffer from boiling water, which scorches delicate leaves and creates bitterness. These require 70-80°C. Oolongs and pu-erh can handle hotter water, around 90-95°C. Only robust black teas and herbals thrive at a full boil.

Time is the final variable. Most premium loose-leaf teas need far less steeping than supermarket bags. Thirty seconds to three minutes covers most preparations. Longer is not better—extraction follows a curve where desirable compounds emerge first and harsh tannins follow.
